Sam Taylor is an American Poet and a Professor of Creative Writing in the MFA program at Wichita State University.  His first book of poems, Body of the World, a finalist for Foreword Magazine's Poetry Book of the Year, was published by Ausable Press and is now available from Copper Canyon Press.  He recently completed a second collection currently under consideration, poems from which have appeared in The New Republic, Orion, AGNI, Michigan Quarterly Review, and Poetry Daily.
